Weekly Group Sessions:
On Monday, I will ask to participants to email me their questions and conduct a weekly group session on Friday for 1hr and 30 minutes; and answer all the questions gathered, leading the group into Friday’s group session. Also, the weekly group session will create an open forum, where participants have information and ideas that focus on certain issues the participants are dealing with. I will keep an accountability, documentation and tracking system for all participants.
Access:
The participants will have access to Calendly / Email to book one-on-one coaching sessions. The individual (1 on 1) sessions will be used to hold the individuals more accountable, build their confidence, and aid with tracking their progress. I will keep an accountability, documentation and tracking system for all (1 on 1) coaching clients.
